These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services offered by NITU TRAVEL LTD, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16590525). By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1. Bookings can be made easily through our website, via WhatsApp, email, or in person.
1.2. Your booking is confirmed once full or partial payment is received, and a confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.
1.3. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
1.4. Please provide accurate contact and pickup information at the time of booking to avoid delays.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Visa / Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • UnionPay

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash (only by prior agreement)

Note: Bookings may be canceled if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund minus a £10 admin fee.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
    Cancellations must be submitted via WhatsApp or email.

3.2. Cancellations by NITU TRAVEL LTD
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

  • Adverse weather or unsafe conditions

  • Illness of the guide or transportation issues

  • Force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes)

In such cases, we offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A rescheduling option at no extra charge.

3.3. Custom or Multi-Day Tours
Cancellations require at least 5 days’ notice for any refund. Refunds will be processed minus any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., hotel or ticket fees).

4. Rescheduling & Changes

4.1. Clients can request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour. The first reschedule is free.
4.2. Tour routes and timings may change due to traffic, weather, or safety concerns.
4.3. If any advertised site is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement of equal or greater value.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or be available at the pickup address.
5.2. NITU TRAVEL LTD is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals.
5.3. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during tours.
5.4. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Health, Safety & Insurance

6.1. All vehicles and guides comply with UK safety regulations.
6.2. Clients participate in tours at their own risk.
6.3. We recommend personal travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and personal belongings.
6.4. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions or mobility issues that may require accommodations.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1. NITU TRAVEL LTD is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, losses, or delays not caused by our direct negligence

  • Acts of God, strikes, weather, or unforeseen closures

  • Services provided by third parties (e.g., attractions, transport, restaurants)

7.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour or service booked.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2. We will never share or sell your information.
8.3. By booking, you consent to receiving communication regarding your tour, offers, and feedback requests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled within UK jurisdiction.
